Last weekend, my hubby took a group of 14 kids and 4 adults on a mission trip called World Changers. They went to Missouri for five days. Kayla was among the group. She had a blast! It makes my heart glad when my kids get excited about helping others. Here are just a few pictures to document her trip. I told her she MUST take pictures since I wasn't going. She made me proud and came back with a memory card full. Here are a few favorites...
She is ready to go...
A goodbye hug for mom. I LOVE this girl!!!
The world was changed a little this trip. A young girl was changed this trip. Oh, the memories she made. :)
Our CRAZY group.
PRICELESS. Getting ready to work.
Hard at work.
YIKES!!! What they found at the house they worked at.
One of their projects... Before
After
Goofing off with Dad at a late night Sonic break.
My baby doll. She has a big heart and it showed this week. We are so proud of her.

That is wonderful! They did a great job! :)
Can I just say that you look like your daughter's sister, rather than her mom! :)
So glad the trip was life changing for the group and for those to whom they served!!!
Great pictures! So glad that many lives were touched during this trip.
That is just awesome. I hope that one day my kids will go on a missions trip and be changed as well as make a difference in someone's life for good.
You two could be sisters! Just beautiful! How wonderful to see that you guys celebrate sweet moments with Sonic, too! LOL
My teen is a jr. counselor in training at camp this year (again) - It is wonderful when they get the opportunity to immerse themselves in things of God, make relationhips that hopefully lift them up when they are down.
Wishing your family a blessed father's day!
That is so awesome that they got to share that experience together!
