Yes, people, it is that time of year! It started with Thanksgiving, and has become the dessert that keeps on giving...until the day after Christmas when all of a sudden everyone just stops eating pumpkin. Why is that anyway?
I LOVE pumpkin pie.
Can we say "Yummy?"
I couldn't help myself. I grabbed a pie. I know it wasn't of the homemade variety, but sometimes you just have to substitute when the sweet tooth calls.
So if you haven't guessed already, picture #4 of my Christmas countdown is simply this...
Hungry yet?
Happy December 4Th Friends!
Wish you could come share a piece of pie with me. (OOPS! I wonder how many calories per slice? Do we have to count calories around the holiday? Hope not, because this pie loving gal had two slices!!!)

I don't likey the pumpkin, so you can have my share at Christmas.
Now if that was cherry...sister, I'd be on my way!
Hope you have a great weekend.
Blessings, andrea
That looks great, but you forgot the whipped cream. YUM!
Amb, I didn't say pumkin was my favorite pie, just that I love it. I LOVE cherry too, as you well know. Hmmm...
I think I just LOVE pie!
The scents and slices of the season! Enjoy!
Sis,
Hummmmmmmm! Add that to the Christmas dinner list. Let's see. There's mom's mashed taters, then pumpkin pie, and cherry pie. Well, that's two or three food groups. I wonder what else will need to be on the menu? Oh, yes, with the grands, mac-n-chez will certainly be there.
Hope your final days of this year are the very best, Sis. We ARE looking forward to spending some of them with you and your tribe.
Love you.

We can still be friends, though I prefer apple. But my daughter, who I'm told looks just like me, likes pumpkin tons. You might have to arm wrestle her, in fact.
Yum!!
No calories do not count at holiday time! Pumpkin pie!! Yum! Yum!
